✦ All digital files are created using the RGB color space at 300 DPI. Precise pixel dimensions will fluctuate between 3,500 to 5,000px based on the type of commission.✦ If I need your input at any stages of work and don't hear back within 14 days, the commission is cancelled with no refund.✦ I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.✦ Please keep communication respectful throughout.

Payment ‧₊˚⊹

✦ To secure your slot, you can choose to make a full payment upfront or a 50% deposit.✦ Full payment / Deposits must be completed within 2 days. Please let me know if you need more time.✦ If payment is not received by the due date, the commission is cancelled. Deposits aren't refunded in this case.

Revisions ‧₊˚⊹

✦ During the sketching stage, you're welcome to request as many changes as you need as long as you let me know CLEARLY what you'd prefer so I can get it right. If I notice this policy being taken advantage of, I reserve the right to cancel the commission without a refund.✦ Once the piece is finished, minor tweaks (like details I missed) are free. Major changes to finished art may come with a fee, or in some cases may be declined outright.

Deadlines & Delivery ‧₊˚⊹

✦ Standard turnaround is 1–3 weeks after sketch approval for a full render; the whole commission can take up to a month depending on complexity, queue, and personal circumstances.✦ Rush deadlines aren't always guaranteed and may be declined or surcharged.✦ Delays on my end will be notified as early as possible.✦ Files are delivered in PNG via drive links. Let me know if you need another format.✦ Original working files are kept for about 4 months; you can request a re-delivery within that period.

Cancellations & Refunds ‧₊˚⊹

✦ Once I began sketching, cancellations and refunds are no longer available except in special circumstances. We'll discuss for a solution if that's your situation!✦ If a refund is approved for a client-initiated cancellation, the client is responsible for ALL incurred expenses, and the final refund will be issued minus the administrative fee, platform fees, and currency conversion costs. Therefore, please understand that I cannot return 100% of the payment.✦ Cancellations after sketch approval due to non-emergency reasons may result in a blacklist. Please inform genuine personal circumstances with me beforehand.✦ Chargebacks are not accepted. Filing one forfeits your usage rights to the piece, allows me to resell or reuse the work, and may lead to a formal complaint. Breaking these terms in general can also lead to a permanent, public blacklist, which may be shared with other artists.

Usage & Commercial Rights ‧₊˚⊹

✦ Commissions are for personal use only (profile pictures, banners, personal posts, and prints for yourself). Ask me first if you intend to use it for something else.✦ Please use @phudu_, Fuyu, Yuyu, or Phu Du when crediting the artist.✦ If you wish to buy Commercial Use AFTER a commission, the prices will be:

ㅤ ♢ Merchandise Commercial Use: $60 USD

✦ I retain all copyright and intellectual property rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing non-exclusive usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself. This means you do not own the copyright. You are not allowed to:
ㅤ ♢ Resell or redistributing the artwork.
ㅤ ♢ Modifying the piece without asking first.
ㅤ ♢ Commissioning someone else to copy this design/style.
ㅤ ♢ Using my art for merch, streaming, or commercial-related activities.
ㅤ ♢ AI training, NFTs, and blockchain use are never allowed, no exceptions.✦ I may post finished work to my portfolio, galleries, or social media unless you've paid a privacy fee. Commercial commissions are kept private by default.
